You guys may be wondering which kettlebells should you get?

Which kettlebells are right for you?

Your friend has a kettlebell. Is it ok if you use his/her kettlebell?

We are going to answer all of your queries with this blog

So, let’s get into it.

If you are getting started with your kettlebell training then you should get your hands on the fastest cast iron kettlebells. Kettlebells have become very popular over the last couple so you could find all sorts of kettlebells, adjustable kettlebells, kettlebells with Bluetooth, kettlebells that are connected to apps. And it's pretty much out there available for you.

But here we are going to talk about two more popular types of kettlebells

The first style we are going to talk about is

Competition style or sports style- basically with these kettlebells the weight changes but the dimension and the size of the bell stays relatively the same and this would make sense because they are used for competition. So for your forum to basically remain the same and hone in those attributes the fact that the size remains the same obviously bodes well for those athletes .

The other type of kettlebell would be a

solid or let’s say hard style kettlebell - these are made of solid cast iron so as the weight increases the size of the bell gets bigger and that also goes with the handle.

Let’s say on a competition style handle always going to be the same size but with the hard style kettlebell or the solid cast iron kettlebells the handle will continue to increase from smaller belt to bigger belt up to a 24 kilogram kettlebell then from there basically the handle stays the same size and just the Bell becomes bigger.

With all of that being said there are differences in kettlebells that would make certain ones more appealing and more attractive than others.

Let’s get into some of those features because that’s the cool thing about these kettlebells . They are actually bundled with the features that let’s say I approve of and I look for in my kettlebells.

So here we go with few features about the kettlebells, let’s start with

Competition bells- first off their Logo, it’s very nice and recessed there on the bell. So when you are cleaning the rack position, pressing things like that, ends up aggravating your arms that much more.

The other thing is that it’s clearly labeled a lot of these bells aren’t such a nice big number they are telling you the weight of the actual kettle bell and the other thing is very cool and also you will find different is the fact that there is no welding on this kettlebell .

Now the cast iron or solid cast iron kettlebell – a lot of times most when you buy a cast iron kettlebell the handel requires some sanding. What’s cool about cast iron kettlebell is that they took care of that and also put a nice coat on the handle. A very well balanced bell, same thing with the logo that I mentioned earlier, No welding so it’s made from one mold and also it comes with a lifetime warranty.
